Head chef, Made Karyasa hails from Kintamani in Bali's mountainous heartland.

A finalist in Top Chef Indonesia, he has over 20 years experience in prestigious resort kitchens across Bali and Australia and proudly brings his flair for flavor to The Ritz-Carlton Bali. Chef Made also presides over the Culinary Cave, where guests can join his insightful Indonesian cooking classes and learn the secrets of the Spice Islands.
